随着耐药性肺结核的耐药率的逐步上升,耐药性肺结核的治疗已成为一项急需解决的难题,而耐药性肺结核里异烟肼的耐药率尤为高,这引起了国内外的重视,研究发现结核分支杆菌耐异烟肼的产生与过氧化氢酶-过氧化物酶的编码基因Kat G基因的缺失和突变有关,与inh A基因突变也有一定相关性。查阅分析近30年有关耐异烟肼结核杆菌基因研究的资料。对耐异烟肼结核病的具体的结构以及作用机制尚不清楚,有待未来一进步深入研究,以期更好的服务于临床。
