圆形断面隧道因其结构受力好、设备制造简单和推进轴线容易控制等优点,在地下隧道中占有主导地位。但当圆形断面隧道用作异形断面隧道功用时,却存在着隧道断面利用率低、浪费空间等弊端。为适应不同功用的隧道施工需要,可采用异形断面(如椭圆、矩形和拱形断面)隧道。选择变异五杆机构作为异形盾构切削机构,详细分析变异五杆切削机构切削椭圆轨迹的位置方程,得到变异五杆切削机构相应的各关节点位置和各杆方位角的数学模型,以及使刀盘工作点在最外面且使各关节点不与土体发生干涉的边界条件,并通过实例进行了说明。
Circular cross-section tunnels are dominant in underground tunnels because of their strong mechanical strength, simple equipment manufacturing and easy control of the propulsion axis. However, when a circular cross-section tunnel is used as a tunnel with a profiled section, there are disadvantages such as low utilization rate of the tunnel section and waste of space. To meet the different needs of the tunnel construction needs, can be shaped cross-section (such as oval, rectangular and arched cross-section) tunnel. The variation five-bar mechanism was selected as the special-shaped shield cutting mechanism. The position equation of the cutting ellipse locus of the variation five-bar cutting mechanism was analyzed in detail. The mathematical model of each joint position and the azimuth of each bar of the variation five-bar cutting mechanism was obtained, The boundary condition of the disc outermost working point and the joint point not interfering with the soil body is described by an example.
