应用日立835—50型氨基酸自动分析仪,对长春大花君子兰的不同部位进行了氨基酸成分的比较分析。结果表明:①不同部位中均含有所测定的17种氨基酸。各部位中总氨基酸含量由高至低依次为花、叶、根、内果皮、外果皮和中果皮、箭(花葶)和花柄、种子。②各部位中必需氨基酸含量由高至低依次为花、叶、内果皮、根、外果皮和中果皮、种子、箭(花葶)和花柄。③在各部位中,酸性氨基酸的含量均较碱性氨基酸的含量高。④不同部位中的各种氨基酸含量,均以天冬氨酸或谷氨酸含量最高,以半胱氨酸含量最低。
Hitachi 835-50 automatic amino acid analyzer was used to compare and analyze the amino acid composition of different parts of C. grandiflora in Changchun. The results showed that: 1The 17 amino acids were determined in different parts. The contents of total amino acids in all parts were flower, leaf, root, endocarp, exocarp and mesocarp, arrowhead (flower bud), pedicel and seed. 2 The contents of essential amino acids in all parts were flower, leaf, endocarp, root, exocarp and mesocarp, seeds, arrowheads (flower buds) and flower stalks from high to low. 3 In each site, the content of acidic amino acids was higher than that of basic amino acids. 4 The content of various amino acids in different parts was highest in aspartic acid or glutamic acid, and the lowest in cysteine content.
