浙江省化工研究院有限公司科研人员采用浸渍法,测定了新型杀虫剂氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的室内活性,并进行了田间药效试验。结果表明,氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力LC50值为0.145mg/L,与氟苯虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺相当,高于高效氯氰菊酯。田间试验结果表明,药后3~10天,在45~60g a.i./hm2时,20%氯氟氰虫酰胺悬浮剂对棉铃虫的杀虫、保蕾和保顶防效均可达90%以上,与氟苯虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺相当,高于高效氯氰菊酯。由此可以看出,氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫具有良好的室内生物活性和田间防效,可应用于防治棉铃虫。
