快速发展的国内经济促进了现代商业活动的频繁开展。为保障商业活动的正常进行,商务合同扮演的角色愈来愈重要。商务合同是指有关各方之间在进行某种商务合作活动时,为了确定各自的权利和义务,必须共同遵守的协议条文。由于商务合同在国际国内商业活动中的这种重要地位与作用越来越大,商务合同所产生的风险必然存在。本文简要描述商务合同,再详尽探讨各种商务合同风险,以及规避各种商业风险的技巧。
The fast-growing domestic economy has promoted the frequent development of modern commercial activities. In order to ensure the normal operation of commercial activities, the role of business contracts is more and more important. Business contract refers to the terms of the agreement that parties must jointly observe in order to determine their respective rights and obligations when engaging in certain business cooperation activities. Due to the increasing importance and role of business contracts in international and domestic commercial activities, the risks arising from business contracts are bound to exist. This article briefly describes business contracts and then explores in more detail the risks of various business contracts and the techniques used to evade various business risks.
