On August 29, 2011, the plenary session of the Lanzhou Military Region Medical Science and Technology Conference and the 11th Medical Science and Technology Committee was held ceremoniously. The medical and health front representatives gathered in Lanzhou. The conference system summarizes the scientific and technological work in the “11th Five-Year Plan” military region and arranges the “Twelfth Five-Year” working tasks
