The Gava region is characterized by a number of gold, silver, copper and polymetallic ore points, some of which were hardened during the early Middle Ages, as evidenced by the large number of old homes. The ore deposits are distributed in the next Middle Carboniferous and Permian-Triassic volcanic rocks. Volcanic rocks are diverse in composition: diabase, andesite, andesite, diorite, dacite, quartz porphyry, their tuffs and tuffaceous sandstones. Volcanic formations are eruptions and pyroclastic layers in equatorial formations, as well as in streams, subvolcanic rocks and dikes. The secondary quartzite deposit studied was discovered by Geozoz Lazabov and B.A. Lee on geological surveys in 1978. It is located on the left bank of the Gava River and recovers a 4 km long, 200 to 500 meter intermittent zone from South West to North East. The formation of secondary quartzite is related to volcanic activity (P-T_1) in the Kujar deep fault zone. Slit volcano is located in the southwestern tip of the strip. Its crater is composed of volcanic eclogites, which, as usual, are subvolcanic rocks of small pelitic rocks
