磕磕碰碰中,我国教育信息化已经走过近20多个年头,这其中既有进步和成功,也免不了挫折和失误。本刊觉得很有必要对这些年的经验、教训进行总结。本期刊发两篇文章:周敏、周国舫两位作者对我国信息化道路过程中的曲折进行了细致地梳理;而我国教育信息化建设的历史见证人和参与者邓立言教授则在分析我国教育信息化存在问题的基础上,指出问题存在的共同原因是对我国国情、乡情和校情研究不够,脱离国情、乡情和校情去推进教育信息化,并对如何具体实施教育信息化提出建议,首次提出建设有中国特色的教育信息化的观点。本刊欢迎读者广泛参与讨论。
In the midst of a collision, China’s education informatization has gone through more than 20 years, including progress and success, as well as frustration and mistakes. The Journal feels that it is necessary to summarize the experience and lessons of these years. This article issues two articles: Zhou Min and Zhou Guoxuan. The two authors carefully analyzed the twists and turns in the process of informationization in our country; and historical witnesses and participants in China’s educational informatization, Professor Deng Liyan, are analyzing China’s On the basis of the problems existing in education informatization, it is pointed out that the common reason for the existence of problems is insufficient research on China’s national conditions, nostalgia and school conditions, delinking from national conditions, nostalgia and school conditions to promote education informatization, and suggestions on how to implement education informatization. For the first time, we put forward the idea of building education informatization with Chinese characteristics. The journal welcomes readers to participate in the discussion extensively.
