随着我国经济改革的不断推进,我国党建管理工作也应当适应企业发展的需要,特别是国有企业内部的党政管理更应当适应国有企业经济结构的变化。但是国企内党组织管理模式、思想建设、组织安排、领导机制等存在诸多问题,严重限制了党建管理工作的开展。为了进一步推进国有企业党建管理模式的调整,本文立足于当前国有企业党建管理模式中存在的问题,从调整重点、组织调整、基层党组织工作调整、领导模式和领导队伍建设等方面提出了一系列的参考建议,力求通过笔者努力,找到促进国有企业党建管理工作效果不断提升的可靠途径,以提高党建工作的管理效果。
With the continuous advancement of our country’s economic reform, the party building management in our country should also meet the needs of the development of the enterprise. In particular, the party and government management within state-owned enterprises should adapt more to the changes in the economic structure of state-owned enterprises. However, there are many problems in the management mode, ideological construction, organizational arrangement and leadership mechanism of state-owned enterprises, which severely restrict the development of party-building management. In order to further promote the adjustment of the party-building management mode in state-owned enterprises, this paper, based on the existing problems in the party-building management mode of state-owned enterprises, put forward a series of measures from the aspects of adjusting the key points, organizing and adjusting, adjusting the work of the grassroots party organizations, , I try my best to find a reliable way to promote the effect of party building management in state-owned enterprises and to improve the management effect of the party building work.
