目的了解社区卫生服务中心的医护人员延续护理供给意愿及其影响因素。方法自行设计调查问卷,在哈尔滨市10家社区卫生服务中心展开调查。应用Epidata软件录入数据,采用SPSS18.0软件进行数据处理和统计学分析,统计方法,包括描述性统计分析和χ2检验。结果医护人员的延续护理供给意愿在年龄、收入层次、工作年限方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在性别、学历、岗位、工作强度方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同年龄、收入层次、工作年限社区医护人员的延续护理供给意愿不同,在制定和实施相关政策时需要考虑这些影响因素。
Objective To understand the willingness of health care workers in community health centers to extend their nursing care and its influencing factors. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves and investigated in 10 community health service centers in Harbin. Data was input using Epidata software and SPSS18.0 software was used for data processing and statistical analysis, statistical methods including descriptive statistical analysis and χ2 test. Results There was a significant difference in age, income level and working life between medical staff and their willingness to provide continuous nursing care (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in sex, educational level, position and work intensity (P> 0.05). Conclusion The willingness to provide continuous care of community health workers varies with age, income level and working life. These factors need to be considered when formulating and implementing relevant policies.
