本文是描述利用上海无线电十四厂新制成的DJS-040型微处理器芯片构成的四位微型计算机为控制手段,对生产劳动保护皮鞋应用的ST-JSJ型皮鞋注塑机的生产线工艺流程进行实时控制。这是一个新的尝试,目的是探索与验证应用DJS-040型机于工业生产过程控制的可能性,从而探索一种具有较高性能一价格比的、资源立足于国内,并适用于简单的实时过程控制的手段提供一点经验和体会。
This article describes the production process of the production line of ST-JSJ leather injection molding machine used in the production of labor-protection leather shoes by using the four-digit microcomputer composed of DJS-040 microprocessor chip newly made by Shanghai Radio 14 Factory as the control measure Real-time control.
