图1所示为踏脚板类零件,两组φ6H7同心孔的位置度允差0.02mm。工艺拟定以孔φ8H7和凹槽50H7×10定位,其凹槽厚度尺寸变化范围在20~25mm,表面光洁度为▽4。以前用专用钻模钻铰,生产效率低,钻模品种规格繁多。后来改用快速装卸通用可调钻模(见图2),不但保证了加工质量,降低工人劳动强度,而且提高工效2~3倍。快速装卸通用可调钻模的结构见图2。其快速夹紧器是该通用可调钻模的重要组合件(见图3)。当
