观察30例儿童肾病综合征患儿IgG亚类改变、血清及体外PWM诱导B细胞产生的IgG亚类均有不平衡现象;IgM、IgG_3与正常对照无显著差异,IgG_2、IgG_2及IgG_4明显降低。结果提示本病低IgG血症可能为Ig类别及IgG亚类转换障碍所致。
The changes of IgG subclass in children with nephrotic syndrome were observed in 30 children. There was imbalance of IgG subclasses in serum and in vitro induced B cells. There was no significant difference between IgM and IgG_3 in normal controls and IgG2, IgG2 and IgG4 decreased significantly. The results suggest that the disease may be low IgA IgG Ig subclass conversion disorders and subclasses caused.
