目的总结透明角膜切口超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼术后白内障的临床疗效。方法对16例青光眼术后白内障施行透明角膜切口超声乳化术，同期植入人工晶体，并观察治疗效果。结果术后第1天视力，0．1者占25％、0，3～0．4者占37．5％、0．6者占18．75％、0.8者占18．75％。术后第1天15例眼压在1．8kPa以下，1例眼压2．4kPa，术后3d后随访眼压均在正常范围内。结论透明角膜切口超声乳化术治疗青光眼术后白内障是一种安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical effect of clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery. Methods Transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification was performed in 16 cases of cataract after glaucoma surgery. Intraocular lenses were implanted in the same period and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results On the first day after operation, visual acuity was found in 0.1, 25%, 0, 3 ~ 0.4, 37.5%, 0.6, 18.75%, 0.8, 18.75% respectively. On the first day after operation, 15 cases of IOP were under 1.8kPa and 1 case of intraocular pressure was 2.4kPa. The follow-up intraocular pressure was within the normal range after 3 days. Conclusions Transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification for glaucoma postoperative cataract surgery is a safe and effective surgical method.
