我院于2006年10月开始采取综合性HIV母婴阻断措施为孕妇提供HIV免费咨询检测,初筛阳性者送广西自治区疾控中心作HIV确认试验,对有生育意愿的HIV阳性孕妇提供三联抗病毒药物治疗,实施安全助产技术,指导人工喂养,给予新生儿HIV抗病毒预防用药并对其进行HIV早期诊断,监测婴儿生长
