从藻液中高浓度高效率地收获微藻,是限制微藻产业工业化规模发展的瓶颈。为此研究一种高效、环保、经济型的微藻收获新技术对微藻收获具有重要意义。阳离子淀粉絮凝剂(CSF)是收获微藻的新技术。在CSF(DS=0.32)絮凝微藻试验中,以絮凝效率为指标,研究搅拌时间、搅拌速度、沉降时间、微藻溶液的p H值对絮凝效率的影响,确定CSF絮凝微藻的最佳絮凝条件,并对CSF的安全性和经济性进行评估。结果表明:当搅拌时间10 min,搅拌速度200 r/min及沉降时间20 min时,絮凝效果最佳。CSF絮凝效率不受微藻絮凝体系中p H值的影响。CSF絮凝微藻不影响微藻的生理活性,是安全无害的絮凝剂。制备的取代度为0.32的CSF絮凝1 kg微藻,所需絮凝剂粗成本为0.2元,可满足微藻生物柴油的经济可行性。
Microalgae harvesting algae at high concentration and high efficiency is the bottleneck that limits the scale of industrialization of microalgae. Therefore, it is of great significance to study a new, efficient, environmentally friendly and economical microalgae harvesting technology for microalgae harvesting. Cationic starch flocculant (CSF) is a new technology for harvesting microalgae. In the experiment of flocculation microalgae of CSF (DS = 0.32), the influence of stirring time, stirring speed, settling time and p H value of microalgae solution on the flocculation efficiency was studied with the flocculation efficiency as index to determine the best flocculation microalgae of CSF Flocculation conditions, and to assess the safety and economy of CSF. The results showed that the flocculation effect was best when the stirring time was 10 min, the stirring speed was 200 r / min and the settling time was 20 min. CSF flocculation efficiency is not affected by p H values in the microalgae flocculation system. CSF flocculated microalgae does not affect the physiological activity of microalgae, is safe and harmless flocculant. The flocculation of 1 kg of microalgae with the prepared degree of substitution of 0.32 CSF required the crude flocculant cost of 0.2 yuan to meet the economic feasibility of microalgal biodiesel.
