通过外包钢纤维水泥砂浆加固混凝土试件的双面剪切试验,探讨老混凝土表面不同界面处理、钢纤维水泥砂浆强度对钢纤维水泥砂浆与老混凝土界面粘结强度的影响。结果表明:老混凝土表面粗糙度、钢纤维水泥砂浆强度对新老材料界面粘结强度有显著影响,二者的交互效应影响不显著。修补材料中钢纤维的掺入,对新老材料粘结强度的提高有一定影响。
Through the double-sided shearing test of concrete specimens reinforced by steel fiber cement mortar, the effects of different interfaces of the old concrete surface and the strength of steel fiber cement mortar on the bond strength between steel fiber cement mortar and old concrete were discussed. The results show that the surface roughness of old concrete and the strength of steel fiber cement mortar have a significant effect on the interfacial bond strength of new and old materials, and the interaction effect between the two has no significant effect. The incorporation of steel fibers in the repair material has some effect on the improvement of the bond strength between the old and new materials.
