间隙调整器在轨道车辆制动系统中广泛应用,从我国铁路货车普遍使用的600型及250型双向间隙调整器到地铁、城轨车辆,再到160km/h提速客车和高速动车组,这种结构均有良好的使用业绩。随着铁路技术的发展,间隙调整器在结构上也出现了多种形式,但其基本调整原理和过程都是一致的。从地铁、城轨车辆用盘形制动缸入手,阐述间隙调整器的动作原理。
