事业单位中绩效工资的实行具有极其重要的意义,这一举措不但有利于深化分配制度改革,还能够有效的增强公共服务质量。运行成熟完善的绩效管理体系,合理、有依据的对每个员工的绩效进行考核,充分使用绩效工资来体现员工的个人价值以及工作价值,从而规范员工行为向事业单位接近。因而,创建成熟健全的绩效管理体系是事业单位贯彻落实绩效工资改革的基本条件。
The implementation of performance pay in public institutions is extremely important. This measure will not only help deepen the reform of the distribution system, but also effectively enhance public service quality. Run a well-established performance management system, a reasonable, based on the performance of each employee assessment, full use of performance pay to reflect the staff’s personal value and job value, so as to regulate employee behavior to institutions close. Therefore, the establishment of a mature and sound performance management system is the basic unit of public institutions to implement the reform of performance pay.
