目前,地方双语教师队伍呈现年轻化、流动性大的特点,为了加强我校双语教师队伍建设,充分挖掘教师潜能,切实提高年轻双语教师的专业素质,促进自身的专业成长。同时,为组内研制出精品课和培养一批研究型教师队伍奠定基础,学校借助“一课一人多次上”形式组织开展了一次研讨活动。
At present, the local bilingual teachers are characterized by younger and more liquidity. In order to strengthen the construction of Bilingual Teachers in our university, fully exploit the potential of teachers, effectively improve the professional qualities of young bilingual teachers and promote their professional growth. At the same time, it laid the foundation for developing quality courses and training a batch of research-based teachers in the group. The school organized a seminar with the help of “one lesson one person on many occasions”.
