目的探讨营养不良儿童血清瘦素水平的变化及与能量摄入的相关性。方法检测32例营养不良患儿的空腹血清瘦素水平、体重指数(BMI)、能量摄入量,与32例健康儿童比较,同时分析血清瘦素水平与BMI、能量摄入的相关性。结果观察组的血清瘦素1.35μg/ml,BMI为13.4kg/m2、能量摄入为3809kJ/d,明显低于对照组的4.20mg/ml、16.3kg/m2及5217kJ/d(均P<0.05)。但血清瘦素与能量摄入无显著的相关性(P>0.05)。结论营养不良儿童血清瘦素水平明显降低,其原因除了患儿脂肪含量下降致瘦素分泌减少外,还与能量摄入的减少有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum leptin in children with malnutrition and its correlation with energy intake. Methods Fasting serum leptin levels, body mass index (BMI) and energy intake were measured in 32 malnutrition children. Compared with 32 healthy children, the correlation between serum leptin level and BMI and energy intake was also analyzed. Results The serum leptin 1.35μg / ml, BMI 13.4kg / m2 and energy intake 3809kJ / d were significantly lower in observation group than in control group 4.20mg / ml, 16.3kg / m2 and 5217kJ / d respectively (all P < 0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between serum leptin and energy intake (P> 0.05). Conclusions Serum leptin level in malnourished children was significantly lower than that in children with reduced fat content, which was related to the decrease of energy intake.
