目的 :为探讨nm 2 3-H1mRNA及其蛋白低表达之间相关性及与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用RT/PCR及免疫组化方法对 5 8例乳腺癌中nm2 3-H1mRNA及其蛋白的表达进行检测。结果 :分别为 44 8% ,48 2 %的乳腺癌伴有nm2 3 -H1mRNA或该基因编码蛋白的低表达 ;nm2 3-H1mRNA与其蛋白表达虽有相关性 ,但并不完全吻合。低水平的nm2 3-H1mRNA或其蛋白与乳癌淋巴结转移呈显著相关。结论 :通过nm2 3 -H1水平的检测对乳癌的转移潜能及预后的判断有较重要的意义
Objective : To investigate the relationship between the low expression of nm23H1 mRNA and its protein and its relationship with biological behavior of breast cancer. Methods: RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of nm23-H1 mRNA and protein in 58 cases of breast cancer. RESULTS: 44.8% and 48.0% of breast cancers were associated with nm23-H1 mRNA or low expression of the protein encoded by the gene. Although there was a correlation between nm23-H1 mRNA and its protein expression, it was not completely consistent. Low levels of nm2 3-H1 mRNA or its protein were significantly associated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Conclusion : The detection of nm23-H1 levels has important significance for the metastasis potential and prognosis of breast cancer.
