厦门明达玻璃有限公司主厂房的改造工期紧,改造量大,加固质量要求高,作业风险及技术难度大。经过方案优化,决定采用无声破碎技术与人工凿打相结合的方案。本文详细介绍了模板设计与安装、粗钢筋连接、混凝土配制与施工、拆除工程技术措施及托换技术。本工程改造规模巨大,改造后整个结构体系满足设计要求,工程质量好,结构安全可靠,组合大梁无损伤,屋面无渗漏,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Xiamen Mingda Glass Co., Ltd.’s main plant has a short construction period, a large amount of renovations, high requirements for reinforcement quality, and operational risks and technical difficulties. After program optimization, it was decided to use a combination of silent crushing technology and artificial chiseling. This paper describes in detail the design and installation of the formwork, the connection of the coarse steel bar, the preparation and construction of the concrete, the technical measures for the demolition engineering and the underpinning technology. The scale of this project is huge. After the transformation, the entire structure system meets the design requirements. The project quality is good, the structure is safe and reliable, the combined girder is not damaged, the roof is leak-free, and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
