目的:观察保肾康和开博通合用治疗糖尿病肾病对肾功能的保护作用。方法:将60例Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患者随机分成3组。治疗组20例给予保肾康片0.6g/d,开博通片18.75～37.5mg/d;对照A组20例单用开博通片,对照B组20例单用保肾康片,对照组服用剂量与治疗组相似。所有患者糖尿病治疗维持不变,疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后及组间的肾功能变化。结果:3组患者治疗前后24h尿蛋白均有显著下降(P<0.01),内生肌酐清除率均有增加(P<0.05),治疗组24h尿蛋白与对照组比较仍有显著性下降(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病对患者肾功能有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Baoshenkang and Kaibutong combined on diabetic nephropathy on renal function. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into three groups. 20 cases in the treatment group were given Baoshenkang tablets 0.6g / d and Kaibutong tablets 18.75-37.5mg / d. In the control group A, 20 cases were treated with Kaibong Tongpong tablet alone, and in the control group B, 20 cases were used Baoshenkang tablets alone. Group taking dose and treatment group similar. Diabetes treatment in all patients remained unchanged, treatment was 3 months. Changes of renal function before and after treatment and between groups were observed. Results: The levels of urinary protein decreased significantly (P <0.01) and creatinine clearance rate (P <0.05) before and after treatment in all three groups. The levels of urinary protein in the treatment group were still significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a protective effect on renal function.
