随着现代科学技术的飞速发展和经济社会的不断变革,特别是我国日益深化的事业单位人事制度改革,使传统的人事管理模式逐步被打破,取而代之的将是现代人力资源管理模式。近几年来,青海省高速公路管理局积极推行事业单位人事制度改革,在选人用人、人才流动、搞活工资分配制度方面,进行了积极的探索,积累了有益的经验。但从总体上看,我局人事档案信息化管理改革的进程,与当前经济体制和各项事业发展还不很适应。因此,加快推进事业单位人事管理信息化建设和改革就显得十分重要。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the ever-changing economic and social conditions, especially the deepening reform of the personnel system in public institutions, the traditional personnel management mode has been gradually broken up and replaced by modern human resources management mode. In recent years, Qinghai Provincial Expressway Administration has actively promoted the personnel system reform in public institutions and has actively explored and selected beneficial experiences in the process of selecting and employing personnel and talents and invigorating the distribution of wages. However, on the whole, the progress of the information management reform of personnel files in our bureau has not been well adapted to the current economic system and the development of various undertakings. Therefore, it is very important to speed up the construction and reform of personnel management informationization in public institutions.
