有效的课堂教学应是学生主体性得到充分发挥,学生内在的学习需求得到激发,学生的知识、价值观、能力得到培养。但现实的中职德育课堂教学中,学生的主体性得不到有效发挥,教学效果并不理想。如何指导学生积极主动地参与课堂教学,让学生在主动探究、分析、归纳、总结的过程中实现知识的构建、价值观的形成和能力的生成,是当前中职德育教师面临的重要课题之一。
Effective classroom teaching should be to give full play to students’ subjectivity, students’ intrinsic learning needs are stimulated, and students’ knowledge, values and abilities are cultivated. However, in the actual classroom teaching of secondary vocational education, students’ subjectivity can not be effectively brought into play and the teaching effect is not satisfactory. How to guide students to take the initiative to participate in classroom teaching, so that students in the process of proactive exploration, analysis, induction and conclusion to achieve the construction of knowledge, the formation of values and the ability to generate, is currently one of the important topics faced by secondary vocational education teachers.
