近闻这么一件事:一位建筑施工企业的职工下岗了,而他所在的企业既缺油漆工又缺防水工,还缺木工,他未能找到适合自己的新岗位。原因是他只会瓦工这一门技能,而对其他行当一窍不通。他十分苦恼,悔恨当初没多学几手。这位工人的教训值得汲取。如今,人才竞争相当激烈,已不再是单一领域的竞争。只会一门技能远远不能适应形势的需要。多一门技能就等于多一条就业门路。记得50~60年代,广大职工“老带少、少帮老,多学技术立功劳”蔚然成风,涌现了一批又一批一专多能的优秀人才,极大地促进了行业建设。进入90年代后,一些施工企业学技术、掌握多技
