本文叙述了半个世纪来有机光导电体(OPC)的发展过程及方向,列举了有机光导电体的用途和优点。对各种载体生成材料(CGM)和载体输送材料(CTM)作了阐述,对无机光导电体和有机光导电体及有机单层、复层型光导电体作了比较。
This article describes the development process and direction of organic photoconductors (OPC) for half a century, and lists the uses and advantages of organic photoconductors. A variety of carrier generation materials (CGM) and carrier transport materials (CTM) were described. Inorganic photoconductors and organic photoconductors and organic single-layer and multi-layer photoconductors were compared.
