深孔模具在进行常规热处理后,内孔表面硬度呈喇叭口分布,其淬硬层深度自两端向中间逐渐减薄,硬度值也递减。随孔长与孔径之比的增大,喇叭口现象加剧,往往内孔中间一段难以达到技术要求,模具寿命很低。为了改变上述不良状态,我们以尽可能提高模腔内表面淬火冷却速度为目的,设计了一套淬火装置(见图)。该淬火装置由1(1)/2BA离心清水泵或69-1耐蚀塑料泵供水,扬程17
