现代教育理论认为,影响学生学习的因素是多种多样的,但归纳起来,主要有以下三方面的因素:智力因素,非智力因素和控制因素。智力因素指观察力、记忆力、理解力和想象力。非智力因素指动机、意志、情感和性格。控制因素指教师的讲授和指导等。其中非智力因素是提高学生智力和学习效果的关键性因素,是牵引学生学习的内驱力。在教学中,教师要善用教学技巧,适时调动学生的非智力因素,让教学及时触及学生的情绪和意志领域,触及学生精神需要,引导学生变“苦学”为乐学,变被动为主动,变消极为积极,语文教学效果才能得到充分保证。
