虽然统一的全国大产权市场是中国产权市场的发展方向,但在目前缺乏统一规划和明确路径的情况下,建设区域性的产权交易共同市场,显得更具必要性和可行性。作为全国重要的共同市场之一,长江流域产权交易共同市场日前通过并开始施行的统一的《电子竞价暂行规则》,标志着共同市场的统一化进程有了实质性的突破,标志着产权市场在战略协同、区域合作、互利共赢的发展道路上迈出了坚实一步。同时,也给我们带来了中国统一大产权市场建成的一缕曙光。
Although a unified national property market is the development direction of the property rights market in China, it is more necessary and feasible to build a common property rights exchange market under the current lack of a unified planning and a clear path. As one of the important common markets in China, the unified Electronic Auction Interim Rules adopted and implemented by the Common Market for Equity Exchange and Trade in the Yangtze River Basin recently marked a substantive breakthrough in the process of the unification of common markets, Strategic cooperation, regional cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win development path has taken a solid step. At the same time, it has also brought us a ray of hope built into the market for the unification of China’s major property rights.
