对马钢2号高炉2号硅砖热风炉凉炉实践进行了总结。针对热风炉硅砖的特性,制订了凉炉曲线。采用密闭自然冷却和强制冷却方法,使降温实际曲线与计划曲线基本吻合。凉炉历时89天,将2号热风炉由1100℃降至50℃以下,降温过程平稳有序。凉炉后,炉内耐火砖结合紧密,无剥落开裂,结构完整,表明本次凉炉较为成功。但降温周期较原计划变长,温度有小幅反弹,在控制方面还有一定的改进空间。
