患儿男,6岁,哈族,1986年5月20日入院。2年前开始口渴,多饮多尿,日饮水量及尿量均在4000—6000ml左右,伴纳差,乏力,便秘,四肢软弱,左下肢跛行。症状重时,双上肢不能上举,下肢行路困难。查体:身高94cm,体重11.5kg。发育营养差,消瘦,面色苍黄,皮肤弹性稍差。心率100次/分,双上肢抬举无力,左下肢跛行,左膝关节稍肿胀。血K+2.6mmol/L,Na~+130mmol
