采用免疫组化、银染及显微图像分析技术,对切断单和双侧迷走神经(UTV/BTV)后的大鼠胃窦肠嗜铬细胞(EC细胞)、含胃泌素细胞(G细胞)及胃泌酸区嗜银细胞的形态学变化进行了观察。结果:(1)UTV后2周,切断侧胃窦EC细胞比未切断侧相对缩小,提示切断迷走神经后的近期内可抑制EC细胞的功能活动;(2)UTV后2及5周,胃窦G细胞未见形态学改变,但切断侧胃泌酸区嗜银细胞数量减少,胞体缩小,提示迷走神经对胃嗜银细胞的功能活动及生长有一定影响;(3)BTV后5周,G细胞数量增多、胞体增大,表明G细胞功能活动增强,G细胞功能改变可能与胃液pH增高相关。
Immunohistochemistry, silver staining and microscopic image analysis were used to detect the expression of G-CSF in rat gastric antral gut cells (EC cells) and unilateral vagus nerve (UTV / BTV) And gastropic acidophilic argyrophilic cell morphological changes were observed. Results: (1) After 2 weeks of UTV, EC cells in the antrum of the severed side were relatively smaller than those of the uncut side, which suggested that the functional activity of EC cells could be inhibited in the short term after the vagus nerve was cut off. (2) There was no morphological changes in G cells, but the number of argyrophilic cells in the cut off side of the gastrin zone was reduced and the somatic cell size was reduced, suggesting that the vagus nerve had some effect on the functional activity and growth of gastric argyrophilic cells. (3) Increased number of cells, increased cell body, indicating that G cell functional activity increased, G cell function may be related to increased gastric pH.
