路基压实是对路基强度及稳定性保障的有效措施,当路基进行充分压实以后,路基的强度及整体的稳定性才能得到保证,有效将公路的使用寿命得到提升。压实度的判定是路基压实质量的表现。通常情况下,采用环刀法、灌砂法、灌水法及核子密度仪等方式对路基的压实度进行检测。相比而言,在路基压实度检测中最为常用的方法则是灌砂法的使用,在施工现场细粒土、砂类土及砾类土的密度测定起到有效作用。本文主要结合压实度检测经验,对公路路基压实度检测中灌砂法的应用进行了详细阐述。
Subgrade compaction is an effective measure to ensure the strength and stability of subgrade. After subgrade is fully compacted, the strength and overall stability of subgrade can be guaranteed, and the service life of highway can be effectively improved. The compaction degree is the manifestation of subgrade compaction quality. Under normal circumstances, the use of ring knife method, filling sand method, irrigation and nuclear density meter and other means of subgrade compaction testing. In contrast, the most commonly used method in subgrade compaction testing is the use of sand filling method, which can effectively measure the density of fine grained soil, sandy soil and gravelly soil at the construction site. In this paper, combined with the experience of compaction detection, the paper elaborates on the application of sand filling method in the test of roadbed compaction.
