流量仪表广泛应用于各工业领域,是工业控制中至关重要的设备之一。传统的流量仪表只能单向传输模拟信号,这大大制约了流量仪表的发展。随着微处理器诞生,给流量仪表的发展带来了很大的契机。微处理器具有强大的数据处理能力且可实现双向数据通信,但微处理器只能处理数字信号,而在工业领域仍以模拟信号为主,于是HART协议应运而生。HART协议实现了在不改变现有电路的情况下完成双向数据通信,是流量仪表发展史上的一大里程碑。HART协议虽是一种过渡性的协议,但经过十余年的发展,已经十分完善,目前被广泛应用于各工业领域。介绍了基于流量仪表的HART通信模块设计,包括HART通信模块的硬件设计、软件设计,最后完成整个系统的测试。测试结果表明,HART通信模块与HART手操器之间可实现正常数据通信。
Flow meters are widely used in various industrial fields and are one of the most important devices in industrial control. Traditional flow meters can only transmit analog signals unidirectionally, which greatly restricts the development of flow meters. With the birth of the microprocessor, the development of the flow meter has brought a great opportunity. Microprocessor with powerful data processing capabilities and can achieve two-way data communications, but the microprocessor can only handle digital signals, but in the industrial area is still the main analog signal, so the HART protocol came into being. HART protocol to achieve the two-way data communications without changing the existing circuit is a milestone in the history of the development of flow meters. HART protocol is a transitional agreement, but after more than ten years of development, it has been perfect and is widely used in various industrial fields. The design of HART communication module based on flowmeter is introduced, including the hardware design and software design of HART communication module, and finally the testing of the whole system is finished. The test results show that normal data communication between the HART communication module and the HART Communicator can be achieved.
