通过实验,将国产WX60钢管和SGH-1低氢型立向下焊焊条与日本X60钢管和LB-26VU低氢型立向下焊焊条所形成的环焊接头的力学性能比较,认为X6O(φ529×8)输油管道可以国产化。
Through the experiment, comparing the mechanical properties of the ring welded joints formed by domestic WX60 steel tube and SGH-1 low-hydrogen vertical welding electrode with Japanese X60 steel tube and LB-26VU low hydrogen vertical welding electrode, it is considered that X6O (φ529 × 8) Oil pipeline can be made.
