为深入了解目前中国大范围采用的大采高巷道内煤尘分散蔓延情况,获得大采高综采工作面煤尘运移过程中的浓度分布,基于气-固两相流(欧拉-拉格朗日模型)理论方法,基于矿井现场实际参数利用FLUENT软件进行模拟.通过模型计算及分析得出巷道内煤尘运移的浓度分布状况,为下一步在巷道内布置合适的除尘装置奠定了理论基础.随着我国对煤矿高产高效发展的要求,多年前已由四米采高的综采工作面发展到七米高综采工作面.然而,开采时产生的大量煤尘已无法用原先的除尘设备进行处理.通过模拟研究得出了巷道各方向截面处的煤尘浓度,并表明在工人操作面前1.2m处煤尘浓度最大.
