自新课程改革以来,教师培训一直在紧锣密鼓地进行,从培训机构、培训层次到培训形式,都已形成完整体系。但是,当回首新课程走过的历程,审视中西部农村基础教育课程改革的现状,总是感到面貌依旧。培训结果为何不尽如人意?“洋思”“杜郎口”经验启示,课程改革必须以校为本,整体推进。
