我国高职教育向县(市)域“延伸”和辐射是经济社会发展的必然要求,但一些县(市)域高职院校遭遇了阻碍发展的“玻璃天花板”。文章阐述了县(市)域高职教育的必要性,以苏南县(市)域高职院校为研究样本,分析了现有县(市)域高职院校的体制性特征、发展的“玻璃天花板”及其成因,探索了县(市)域高职院校突破“玻璃天花板”的路径。
The “extension” and radiation of higher vocational education to counties (cities) in our country are necessary requirements of economic and social development. However, some higher vocational colleges in counties (cities) have encountered “glass ceiling” impeding the development. The article expounds the necessity of higher vocational education in counties (cities). Taking the higher vocational colleges in Sunan County (city) as samples, the author analyzes the institutional characteristics of the existing vocational colleges in counties (cities) “Glass ceiling ” and its causes, explored the path of higher vocational colleges “glass ceiling ” in county (city) area.
