我们为什么要痛恨战争,因为战争伤害了人民。我们为什么要欢庆战争,因为我们胜利了。我们为什么要审判战争,因为需要建立一个秩序。那个秩序就是要以法律的形式来惩罚战争肇事者和战争阴谋家,建立一个用和平通向和平的有效通道。
Why do we hate war because it hurts the people. Why do we celebrate the war because we have won. Why do we need to try the war because we need to establish an order. The order is to punish war perpetrators and war conspirators in the form of laws and establish an effective channel for peace to peace.
