本文对圆环的弯矩、应力及位移的计算公式进行了推导,并分析了圆环作为测力仪弹性元件的特性,从而证明以圆环作为测力仪弹性元件时,应采用t/R比值较大的厚环,而不宜采用薄环。研制了三种尺寸及不同结构的八角扁环式平面磨削测力仪,经标定及磨削试验证实,圆环的规律性也适用于八角扁环,并且整体厚壁双八角扁环式测力仪是一种性能较好的平面摩削测力仪。
This paper deduces the calculation formulas for the bending moment, stress and displacement of the ring, and analyzes the characteristics of the ring as the elastic element of the dynamometer. It is proved that when the ring is used as the dynamometer elastic element, t/R should be used. A thick ring with a large ratio does not use a thin ring. An octagonal flat ring grinding force gauge with three sizes and different structures was developed. The calibration and grinding experiments confirmed that the regularity of the ring also applies to the octagonal flat ring, and the overall thick-walled double octagonal flat ring type Force meter is a flat surface friction force meter with better performance.
