介绍利用光热偏转技术对铝镜及反射率增强铝镜的激光损伤的热过程进行实时研究。通过研究,观察铝镜及反射率增强铝镜的激光损伤的光热偏转信号的变化.初步了解了铝镜的损伤过程及机理,及其介质膜的存在对损伤过程的影响。
This paper introduces the real time research on the thermal process of the laser damage of the aluminum mirror and the reflectivity enhanced aluminum mirror by using the photothermal deflection technique. Through the study, we observed the change of photothermal deflection signal of aluminum mirror and aluminum mirror with laser reflectivity. A preliminary understanding of the aluminum mirror damage process and mechanism, and the existence of the dielectric film on the damage process.
