在东城区教育改革大背景之下,东城区培新小学和永生小学结为深度联盟学校,通过整合学校管理、优质资源共享、开展互助研究等路径,形成办学合力,推进义务教育均衡发展。第一步:理念统领。培新小学多年走“从需求出发”的教育之路,永生小学走“和谐”发展道路。一个是路径,一个是目标。二者相得益彰,思路一致,相互融合,相互借鉴,相互启发,力求在第一年的联盟中通过深入学生研究,实现师与生共同自主和谐成长。
Under the background of Dongcheng District education reform, Peixin Primary School and Dongsheng Primary School in Dongcheng District have become deep allied schools.
