各省、自治区、直辖市文化厅(局),有关演出单位,本部各直属单位:为提高演出经纪从业人员素质,根据《营业性演出管理条例实施细则》的规定,现就开展演出经纪从业人员培训工作的有关事项通知如下:一、基本要求各类演出经纪机构(含兼营演出经纪业务的单位)从事演出经纪业务的人员应当经过培训。文化行政部门在对各类演出经纪机构进行年审及对新成立演出经纪机构的资质进行审核时,应将其从事演出经纪业务的人员是否经过培训作为审核的基本条件。二、培训对象 The cultural departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the units to be performed and the subordinate units under the Ministry of Bureaus: In order to improve the quality of the staff engaged in performing arts and crafts activities, the training of performing brokerage practitioners is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Implementing Rules of the Business Performance Management Regulations The relevant matters as follows: First, the basic requirements Various types of performing brokerage agencies (including 兼营 acting brokerage business units) Personnel engaged in performing brokerage business should be trained. When examining the qualification of various performance brokerage institutions and examining the qualifications of the newly established performance brokerage institutions, the cultural administration departments shall train the personnel engaged in performing brokerage business as the basic conditions for examination and approval. Second, the training target
