2016年9月,历时三年研究的中国学生发展核心素养总框架敲定,本文重点探讨在核心素养实施过程中政府的角色定位以及相关建议。面对教育问题,政府应是一个引导者、实践者以及监督者,要注意理论与实践相结合、层级信息传递与执行中的切实到位等问题。以期为核心素养总体框架的贯彻落实明确政府角色定位与任务。
In September 2016, the three-year study focused on the overall framework for the development of Chinese students’ core literacy. This article focuses on the role of the government in the implementation of core literacy and related recommendations. In the face of education, the government should be a guider, practitioner and supervisor, and should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, and the actual delivery of hierarchical information and implementation. With a view to implementing the overall framework of core literacy, we should clearly define the role and tasks of the government.
