体育课的教学结构分三部分,即准备部分、基本部分及结束部分.准备部分的主要作用是使学生从生理上热身、协调,心理上适度兴奋,为基本部分作好准备.准备部分一般为慢跑、定位徒手操及柔韧素质练习.这种方式虽然也可满足准备活动的需要,但其不足之处主要是动作较单调,兴奋性提高缓慢,容易产生厌倦感.而健美操则以其特有的运动节奏及的美的音乐环境,打破了体育课那种沉闷的局面,其优点是:
