回顾了220例急性缺血性脑血管疾病，发现病人病死率与入院当天体温升高有明显的相关性。发热病人病死率比体温正常病人病死率明显增加（52．9％和4．9％，P＜0，01）。结果表明发热是急性缺血性脑血管病病人死亡的主要原因。早期治疗和护理可以降低其病死率。
Review of 220 cases of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease and found that the case fatality rate and body temperature rising on the day there was a clear correlation. Fever mortality was significantly higher in patients with fever than in patients with normal temperature (52.9% vs 4.9%, P <0.01). The results show that fever is the main cause of death in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Early treatment and care can reduce their mortality.
