目的:了解脑肿瘤细胞增殖活性、纤维连接蛋白表达及脑瘤微血管病变的相互关系及意义。方法:免疫组化观察PCNA标记率,FN表达情况,电镜观察脑肿瘤微血管病变。结果:PCNA在髓母细胞瘤标记率最高,其次为胶质瘤Ⅳ、Ⅲ级,恶性脑膜瘤,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级标记率低,良性脑膜瘤为0。FN在各肿瘤表达不一。胶质瘤微血管超微结构改变明显。结论:肿瘤细胞增殖活性(PCNA)与FN表达,微血管病变同步相关,能反应肿瘤细胞分化、组织学分级和良恶性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the proliferation activity of brain tumor cells, the expression of fibronectin and brain tumor microangiopathy. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the labeling rate of PCNA and the expression of FN, and electron microscopy was used to observe the brain tumor microangiopathy. Results: The highest labeling rate of PCNA was in medulloblastoma, followed by grade Ⅳ and grade Ⅲ malignant meningiomas. The labeling rates of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ were low, and benign meningioma was 0. FN varies in each tumor. Glioma microvascular ultrastructure changes significantly. Conclusion: The proliferative activity of tumor cells (PCNA) correlates with the expression of FN and microvessel lesion synchronously, which can reflect tumor cell differentiation, histological grade and benign and malignant tumors.
