本文介绍了我国第一台电液比例控制方式的曲臂消防云梯车液压系统设计及应用问题。 文中主要介绍了曲臂消防云梯车电液比例系统的设计,电控制器与比例复合阀的匹配,比例复合阀工作可靠性分析及各臂起动平稳性的保证。 由于电液比例控制的18米曲臂消防云梯车已经经过近一年的试用,并通过了样机评定,正式投产。本文中的论点可以供同类型工程车辆(挖掘机、起重机等)液压系统设计参考。具有实际应用价值。
This paper introduces the design and application of the hydraulic system of the crater fire ladder truck with the first electro-hydraulic proportional control method in our country. This paper mainly introduces the design of the electro-hydraulic proportional system of the curved arm fire fighting ladder truck, the matching between the electric controller and the proportional compound valve, the reliability analysis of the proportional compound valve and the guarantee of the starting stability of the arms. As the electro-hydraulic proportional control of 18 meters song arm fire ladder truck has been going through nearly a year of trial, and passed the prototype assessment, officially put into operation. The argument in this article is for hydraulic system design references for the same type of construction vehicles (excavators, cranes, etc.). Has practical application value.
